THIS REALLY WORKS.!   A Real Estate Broker brought us a client the SAME DAY the listing hit the MLS.  We had an offer that evening, for our full listed price !

The process of listing our home was very simple.  Everything was concluded by phone, fax, and Email.  We saved a lot of money . . . the “Listing Broker would have normally charged us over $13,000 to place our home in the MLS.  Of course they may have done additional things, but I know that your instructions on how to sell your property “By Owner” were very comprehensive.  Our case may have been an exception, but the process cannot help but save $$$ for your clients.

The Internet has changed everything. What used to be the jealously guarded privilege of the real estate community is now yours!
