Rancho La Paz is a gated community occupying ten acres of fee simple land in South Palm Springs at 1150 East Palm Canyon Drive. Built during the period 1978-1979, its developer was Perry Freeman, a general contractor who built several complexes and commercial structures in the Palm Springs area.
