Construction of these two, three and four bedroom condos is in two-story town home configuration. The spacious units range in size from 2,000 to 3,000 square feet approximately and feel more like single-family homes than condos. Vista Canyon is a much sought after community, with units in the development in high demand and rarely on the market. Current market prices would range from the high $300,000s to the low $500,000s. The homes enjoy wonderful mountain views and stand adjacent to generous rear yards. It is interesting that when the developer put the rear yards in, only half the owners had the property on their deed as exclusive use common area. The Association is currently working towards deeding the balance of rear yard common area to individual owners. Thus far all the owners are in agreement with this proposal. Vista Canyon is a gated community with entry and exit gates at front and rear of the property. Facilities include two pools, two spas, and a tennis court. Facing all the issues that occur with a mature community, the Association has just replastered the pools and is currently engaged in replacing wiring and installing new energy efficient lighting. Dues are $375/mo There is a three-member board of directors. Each board member sits on one of the architectural, landscape, lighting committees with volunteer homeowners. Like best is that the HOA is a close-knit community. Vendors include Peggy Redmon for legal counsel, LaBarre Oksnee for insurances, and Courtmaster for tennis court maintenance.
